I want to be rewarded for sports.

Today I felt like a winner! As soon as I got home, I rewarded myself with a glass of red wine. That is the only way for me to keep up with sports.

My talk with the nutrician

Before I started my workout I had a conversation with the nutritionist. He asked me about my eating pattern and how my daily routine usually looks like. For a long time I have every morning with 2 boiled eggs. Lunch consists every day of a salad and dinner of meat and vegetables. Nothing more, nothing less. So this is where my body, in his opinion, resides in a war position. There is too little fuel. So everything I eat is stored and not consumed. From now on I have to eat throughout the day. Not very many but small healthy snacks. Enough to keep my combustion going. That in combination with exercise should ensure that I lose weight and feel fitter.

It will be difficult to eat more because I have been used to eating almost nothing. With everything I eat, I think I'll be gaining weight instead of losing weight.

A positive workout

The workout went well. I finished my schedule and once again did the exercises heavier than the last time. So far, I am happy with the choice I made for sports. Sunday again!

Keep it up! 💪🏽 And indeed, not eating enough is often worse! Try adding oats in the morning, or homemade granola’s!

Respect @s3rg3! Keep it up!

Wow! Your putting in some serious work brother! Nothing more, nothing less!

I approach these workout things like all or nothing. There is no in between in my opinion! Thanx for reading friend!

Red wine or a protein shake, what’s the difference?😄💪

I consider red wine my protein shake from now on, good thinking!

Yes the body is so strange. Eating more to lose weight lol. I find that by eating roughly 150g of quality protein a day has done much for my health. I didn't realize how little protein I was eating until I actually tried to eat 150g. If the body doesn't have the building blocks for life, it goes into survival mode. Good luck on your journey!
