No weight progression so far

After three weeks three times a week in the gym, I dared to weigh myself today. Unfortunately, even weight has been added. according to my personal trainer, that is mainly due to the fact that my body is changing. In this way, I retain water that has something to do with muscle building and glycogen. So I do not have to worry. I do notice that my clothing starts to become more spacious, so training does have an effect!

A point of attention ... hygiene

In my introductory lesson I was expressly told that I had to bring a towel and clean inside sports shoes. And after using a training device, it should be cleaned with a cloth and detergent. As always, I obey the rules. That is why I noticed that I am one of the few who does that. Most of them are already in sportswear with outdoor shoes and walk into the gym where they immediately start their training. That is up to that. but today it all became more odd. Now even a man was training in normal pants with a belt. Outer shoes and no hand-cloth. It will probably be me, but I just think this is dirty.

Still proud

The training went well and I am still proud every time that I manage to go to the gym.
