My fight fat challenge - Week #4 Post #1

A little extra pain is good

I stick to my schedule and do the exercises that my instructor has come up with for me. But because I am going so often during the week, I notice that I am getting stronger. That's why I add extra weight to every exercise to make it harder for myself.

More hungry

A disadvantage of exercising is that I am extremely hungry after every training session. It is then so difficult not to eat bad things. I try to eat as many healthy things as possible. For this, I will have to do separate grocery shopping. I know I said this last week but unfortunately, it has not happened yet. I will make a new attempt next weekend!

Great work, keep up the routine.

Maybe have a protein shake after your workout to deal with the hunger. The extra protein will also help your recovery.
It’s such a nice feeling when you’re getting stronger every day. :)

Thanks, might look into adding some protein to my diet. Just yesterday I heard about this could be a great benefit for muscle repair as well.

I use protein when I’m going through a heavy weight routine phase. I tend to change training styles fairly often, so my diet changes too.

Can you recommend the right protein?

There's a few out there. One that I'll be stocking in my gym soon is from this supplier: http://180nutrition.com.au
