Ok not Thursday but Friday
True, true, in my last post I mentioned I would go workout again on Thursday. But I don’t know what it is this week, is it the weather, is it the coming holiday season with Christmas and all? I don’t know. But that really does not matter because either way I still go to the gym!
Wel, I’ll make it a quick one
When in the Gym I felt motivated, so I started to cycle and gave it my all. But nearing the end of my workout I felt I become more drained than ever. I always close my training session on the treadmill for 20 minutes but when I walked for 5 minutes I already want to give up and go home. But then my mind took over! Saying to myself:”What are those minutes on a whole day! Just finish your workout properly!” So I did just that and felt great about this achievement.
Battle myself
I feel more and more that working out is just a hard battle with yourself and your mindset. For now, I’m in a winning mood and I will keep it this way!
