My fight fat challenge - Week #6 Post #3

Ok, change of plans

For the second Sunday in a row, I won’t be able to go to the gym. I’m way too exhausted. As you might have read in my previous post we have 2 little children staying over. They went to bed late, started crying late and waking up way too early. I simply do not have enough energy to drag myself to the gym or even motivate myself.

So what’s the plan

Just like last week, I will reschedule this workout. I’ll try to go to the gym tomorrow AND Tuesday. Hope this time the weather will be in my favor. I still don’t want to miss any workout and want to stay in a steady rhythm of going 3 times a week. Until this day I only missed out on one workout so I still think this is a nice achievement.

Motivation

Going to the gym is one thing. But staying motivated to workout is another ballgame. Even when working out for three times a week, I for myself have a hard time noticing a lot of progress when it comes to weight loss or my clothes feeling to get looser. On the other hand, what keeps me going is that I feel a lot fitter than before and I am getting stronger very fast. So for the moment, I like to believe fat is making room for muscle. Either that or my body is retaining water! lol

BEAST MODE (temporarily) POSTPONED!
