Generally, many people around the globe faces the issue of sleeping not peacefully or having bad sleep. There are many scientific reasons lying out there as to why one faces difficulties of various kinds.
We do not have time or patience of browsing net and searching or visiting a doctor about one particular reason behind bad sleep, ignoring it won't work!

The major reason is the direction you face while sleeping, keeping your head towards to magnetic pole gives always negative impact. I guess we all are well aware of the two magnetic poles our earth have which are North and South poles respectively.
Our blood contains iron. yes, it does. and it gets attracted to magnetic pole which disturbs the sleeping pattern. even can cause severe damages. the major part one needs to know is that do not sleep with your head towards north, if you live in northern areas and if you come from southern areas near the south pole then just do not face your head towards south.
Start with changing your sleeping position then you can further go for meditation while lying on the bed only. which is very very easy seriously. You won't feel the difference until you won't do it correctly.
