Unfortunately for the workaholics amongst us, no pill can replace sleep. There is nothing that you can put in your body to make up for lost sleep. Sleep is one of those puzzling things that we desperately need, yet give little priority to. Even when we’re exhausted, we’ll stay up an extra hour pottering around the house or tossing and turning in bed (a sign of worry?).
