I took a walk outside today at the @gardenofeden (as I do every day), and in a single square foot I found epic wildcrafted nutrition and medicine!

Check out what this tiny collection of plants can do:

This is cilantro. It's known to detox heavy metals including mercury from the body and aid heart health - all you have to do is eat the yummy leaves. This particular plant is already flowering, so it will make seeds soon. When it does, we can collect the seeds for planting more medicine!

These are green onions. They look like characters from Dr. Seuss, and they're delicious! They're great for eye health and also boost the immune system.

This is sow thistle, a relative of dandelion. It can purify the blood and liver. The stems and leaves are bitter, so a little goes a long way!

This is lyre leaf sage, AKA cancer weed. It's a folk remedy for cancer (!!!). 

This is another shot of lyre leaf sage. It too is going to seed. It's seeds look a lot like lemon thai basil, another herb with important healing powers that's not featured in this wee gallery!

This is sunflower before it flowers. This is super high in zinc, a super nutrient for the immune system! When it grows up, it will be beautiful and the seeds will be super nutritious and delicious too. 

This is Carolina geranium. It has properties that protect the body from hepatitis. 

This is lamb's quarter. It's super yummy in salads, and it's able to cleanse the soil of toxins (however I wouldn't want to eat a lamb's quarter plant that was growing in contaminated soil).

This is Swiss chard. It's usually a cultivated plant, but we have it popping up all over! It's high in antioxidants and can protect against cancer too.

That's only a TINY sampling of plants in the @gardenofeden in a tiny 1 square foot section of our 3.5 acres, and this is only a tiny description of their incredible healing properties! Of course nature is full spectrum, and each of these beauties has super powers beyond what I've described here - look them up.

Nature provides solutions to all of man's "problems"!
