Eggs are affordable, easy to include in the daily diet and can be prepared in various ways.
They are an excellent source of amino acids, iron and antioxidants.
You need to be sure to selet organic eggs because they do not contain antibiotics and hormones, and
have better nutritional properties.
The body produces 11 essential fatty acids, necessary for the proper functioning of the body.
But the body still needs 9 essential fatty acids, and they can be found in eggs.
The lack of these 9 essential fatty acids can cause loss of muscle mass, weakened
immune system, chronic fatigue and poor appearance of the skin and hair.
Eggs help regulate cholesterol levels.
One egg contains about 200 milligrams of cholesterol, but it does not mean that eggs are bad for your blood.
Research has shown that eggs can reduce the level of bad (LDL) cholesterol and increase levels of good (HDL) cholesterol.
HERE’S WHAT EGGS CAN HELP YOU WITH:

Eggs include choline, a compound which has a positive effect on the cognitive function.
Research has shown that the lack choline increases the risk of neurological disorders,
cognitive impairment, dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
🍳Eggs improve the health of teeth and bones

Pretty good post and seems to make sense to eat eggs every day, but it is commonly said it is not good to eat eggs every day (I have not recently researched it, but that is what I was grown up being told ... not sure if it had something do with cholesterol or something else). In any event a varied diet is supposed to be healthiest I guess.
