It does not cost much to make it work. I have simple tips to make us even more healthy and beautiful:

  1. Drink plenty of water - Drink 8 glasses of water daily to keep our skin soft.

  2. Reduce stress - Said, "Do not get angry, and get ready soon." Feeling angry with it is quickly disfigured? The eyebrows met and the lips wept. Laugh and you'll be good.

  3. Sleep 7 or 8 hours - You need beauty sleep to keep eye bags. With problems, try to relax before going to bed.

  4. Stay away from the sun - I know many of our teens are fond of beaches, but your skin will be ruined there. The sun is wrinkled on the skin, causing freckles and possibly skin cancer because of UV light.

  5. Use sunblock - Dermatologists advise using sunblock daily. Look for the written SPF 15 or above.

  6. Avoid smoke and dust - This is our biggest problem - pollution. If you have a budget, just go to the aircon bus.

  7. Smoking and alcohol avoidance - Smoking, like smoke, is older in our face. Alcohol also makes the skin worse.

  8. Night lotion or moisturizer - Moisturizer or lotion help with smoothening the face. Wash your face first, then put a moisturizer so as not to dry the skin. No need to buy expensive brands.

  9. Healthy eating - Eat healthy and nutritious fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins and minerals. Avoid foods that are fatty, greasy and cats.

  10. Healthy living - Exercise. Have fun. Get busy with good work.

  11. Pray and help others - When your attitude is beautiful, your inner beauty will emerge.
