Treatment of most diseases is not always medication. Often doctors treat symptoms rather that the causes of the disease. It is therefore very easy to treat a person if we consider these 5 aspects.

5. The Mind Of The Patient

Some patients often do not make it because they formulate in their minds that they will not make it. Often these people do not respond well to treatment. A patient should have a positive mind in order to make it. Positive thinking results into poditive response to treatment and thus quick recovery.

It happens that doctors are very busy people. They have tight schedule with patients. They have no time to psychologically prepare their patients to think positively. It therefore goes without say that they often lose the patients. Positive thinking is an important ingredient to recovery.

4. Nutrition

Most sick people have no appetite. Often caregivers neglect attempts to make tje invalid eat something. It may be not in large doses but little by little as ftequent as possible. A sick person has to put something in the belly.

The food we eat matter a lot in recovery of a patient. Whole meals, fruits and plenty of fresh vegetables is recommended. Often manufactired food may lack certain nutrients or some adfitives may be catalysts to diseases that we are trying to cure.

3. Exercises

Exercises play a very important role in the recovery of invalids. How vigorous the ecercises may be will depend on the seriousness of the disease. Practice often makes perfect.

2. Water

Drinking of water is an essential ingredient of reviving an invalid to health. Normal people should take plenty of water too. Water often helps in digestion.
Water is also the transport of food in and out of the body. It is therefore paramount to take 11 and more glasses of water in a single day.

1. Medication

Proper medication is the final stage in treatment of invalids. The medicine given must be appropriate for the disease. Proper dosage must be taken too. Overdose and underdose is dangerous.
