How should we stay away from diseases?

Health and disease is closely linked with each other and the interval seems very small. People will be easily ill once step one step further. We all hope to be healthy for ever, but we are still sometimes trouble by disease. For instance, people often catch cold and have a fever at season alternate; some common diseases such as hypertension, rheumatism plagued many elderly people; some difficult to overcome diseases such as cancer and tumor even deprived lives of many people; And some diseases like aids and SARS spread quickly among people. Why are these diseases spreading so quickly? The reasons may have the following several points. First, a great majority of people have bad living style and live habits. For example, smoking in public; spitting; littering everywhere; do not wash hand before eating; dish without serving chopsticks and so on. Secondly, due to the accelerated pace of life, people are lazier and lazier to go in for all kinds of outdoor sports. Especially after the internet coming into our life, more and more people prefer to stay at home. They may just go to outside once or twice a whole month. Thus, the body resistance ability is becoming weaker and weaker due to the lack of practice.

So we may easily find that if we want to stay away from disease, first of all, we should stop bad living habits and start doing practices regularly.
