The most important hormone in our body is Human Growth Hormone (HGH) as our health and physique is dependent on the human growth hormone. It also affects muscle growth, muscle strength , aging and repair of cells in our body.
It it is so important so for gaining strength and to build muscle we must know the ways to enhance the amount of it's secretion. It is produced in our pituitary glands which is a very small region of our brain. It is secreted during healing process if we somehow break our bones and then our bones becomes more stronger and it becomes harder for us to break the same bone again.
We are getting older faster on average because we are not getting enough sleep. Quality sleep is important for increasing the amount of growth hormones naturally in our body. Older people do not get quality sleep that's why they start getting older more quickly. Another way is to eat breakfast after sometime when you wake up.
Another way is to exercise if you will keep exercising even if you get older than you will have more secretion of growth hormones as compared to other people of your age. If you will exercise at young age than you will have strong muscles than others.
