Natural Remedy For Lower Back Problems.

I read on one of the health sites that the following combination of dried fruits can help in the regeneration of the lower back.

It said that if I eat this every night before going to bed, that I should notice a difference in less than one week and that in less than three months there should be a dramatic improvement.

I have been having a lot of problems lately and I thought I will give this a try.

1 dried fig

1 dried apricot

and

5 prunes (dried plums)

In the next three months I shall stick to this and then I will write a post to inform everyone if it helped or not.

I hope it works, better than going to a chiropractor.

My husband said, "If it doesn't help your back it will definitely help to clean out your stomach of everything, not just the toxins"

Typical response from him, but he is right!
