JUICING: DAY 1 MEAL 2
I'm now on my SECOND meal of the day on Day 1 of my juice fast. I can't tell you how many times I've been wanting to go get a snack, even just a cracker. It's almost like an involuntary thing to get up, go to the kitchen and just get something, but I'm holding it together! For this juice we kept it pretty simple and aimed for a more sweet flavor. @fruitarianism suggested orange and pineapple as a good go-together and it seemed right on and a no-brainer, so we went with that as the base, but here's all we used and we'll call this one:"The Orange Delight"
All fresh ingredients were used. Nothing canned, frozen or packaged. Here's what's in the second 'meal'.
• Apple
• Orange
• Pineapple
• Ginger
• Carrot
As I post this it's basically DINNER TIME and I'm hungry as all HELL! Can't wait to chug down dinner and I'll let you know what is on the menu later.
