For example we are having more heart problems as compare to the early life because of huge difference in using vegetables and natural food.
in early life people were not having such bad fast foods and other ingredients such as these day we are using in our food which make us sick and give us m ore fats and calories and which cause more chance to get a heart attack.

Whenever possible, we should take more and more vegetables of various kinds. You have listed two major problems but are lot more. A diabetic patient can take unrestricted vegetables while he or she has to be choosy in case of other food items. A constipated patient can get rid of the problem if takes more vegetables. The advantage list of vegetables is very long.
