warm water : you should drink 2 glass warm water in morning. Water is better then any drink and while after wake up.
Almonds : Eat 5 to 6 soaked almonds after drink water.
workout : I think almost all the people know is the workout just for losing weight even workout doing for gaining weight. i if you want to gain your weight then you should probably doing workout for while.
Banana shake: After completing workout then you should drink banana shake. which make with full cream milk.
Breakfast: Remember after drinking banana shake you should take breakfast after 1 or 2 hour later. In breakfast you should take vegetable sandwich.
Lunch : Take 2 chapati or 1 bowl rice, 1 bowl daal(lentils), 1 bowl vegetable and 1 bowl curd.
Dinner : Only Eat 2 roti and 1 bowl vegetable. and after 1 hour you drink 1 glass boiled milk.
