This is porridge plantain cooked with 🐠 🐠. I love eating it and it is very nutritious.

A nutritious and well balanced diet along with exercise is the basis of good health. Healthy eating includes consuming proteins, carbohydrates of high quality. Eating in this manner and avoiding smoking helps to keep your body system functional, control the body weight and assist in disease prevention.

Overall Health
The more the nutrients in the body the more the support given to cells. Nutrients help to protect cells against any damage and help to repair damage tissue.

WEIGHT REDUCTION
Obesity is a nutrient disease related issue, if nutritious food are taking in a good manner it will help to protect the body against diseases. Too much nutrient or too little nutrient contribute to disease prone tissues, so moderate is the key.

Disease Prevention
Too much or deficiency of certain nutrients can also contribute to health issues.
