Vitamin D...Face the early morning Sun...

 Vitamin D is generated in the body when your skin is exposed to sunlight. However, occurs naturally in fish, egg yolk and dairy products. 

Vitamin D deficiency is known to cause a disease in which bones become soft and brittle thus leading to severe health concerns. 

Symptoms of vitamin D deficiency may include pain in the bones, muscle weakness.   

So, guys, face the early morning sun every day and have foods good in Vitamin D.
