Allergies - what can you physically do to make yourself feel better?

  1. Hydrate yourself with good water (Alkaline, spring water or artesian works well)
  2. Cleanse your liver (More information in the book: "The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush" by Andreas Moritz)
  3. Cut milk, wheat (especially white flour), meat (especially red) out of your diet

Others:

  • Natures air purifier: Burn 100 % Beeswax candles
  • Upper respiratory issues: Use Neti pots Daily with sea salt
  • Seasonal or pollen allergies: Eat raw honey every day, produced by bees in your region
  • Puffy or swollen eyes: Use cold organic potato slices for eyes
  • Skin irritations: Use colloidal oatmeal
  • Drink peppermint or green Tea

You could also try with some turmeric (mixed in milk) for allergies as it has anti inflammatory properties.
For puffy eyes, cucumber slices are a good remedy; also helps with dark circles around the eyes

Nice info, I know you are going for natural remedies here,which is great and I appreciate it but I had shots treatments for a year and I am totally cured. I could never enjoy the spring before this. I recommend anyone this. Thanks for the post!
