The fact is this, majority of increased in body size is caused by what we consume. Many are not conscious of their feeding. They can repeat a particular type of food nonstop. You see little children look like the father of two kids, you see lots of adults look like elephants.
Food is what human eat to enrich the body. Food is essential for the body but do we really know the food we eat, do we know the nutrients it contains and how they react in the body.
For the purpose of this writing, I shall reveal some reasons why people gain too much weight as quick as possible. Excess fat in the body is the major reason why people grow obese and overweight.

Fat is essential in diet and it is also important for good health. There are more than a type of fat, with some fats being healthier than others. To be healthy, it is very crucial that you eat unsaturated fats in bit to make your diet balanced.
When fats are eaten in huge amounts, either the healthy or unhealthy fats, there is sure certainty for weight gain. Fat has higher energy than other nutrients and so eating little amount of fat will help with weight loss.
Eating little trans and saturated fats may help decrease the risk of heart disease.
The fact is when your diet has low amount of saturated and trans fat but also has moderate amounts of unsaturated fat will make you stay fit and healthy.
Know the types of Fats:
SATURATED FATS
the consumption of saturated fat increases the risk of heart disease and also increase in blood cholesterol level. Usually, fat are solid in room temperature and are present in:
Animal products:

Meat – beef with fat, lamb, pork, chicken(its skin) fatty cuts of beef, pork and lamb and chicken (especially chicken skin).
Dairy foods:

Cream, milk, butter butter and cheese are good examples.
plant products:

Coconut, cooking margarine, Palm oil, coconut milk falls here.
Other examples:

savoury crackers and potato chips are good examples here.
Deep fried foods:

Sweet biscuits are rich in fat too.
UNSATURATED FAT

Unsaturated fats are very important for healthy diet. It helps to lower the risk of heart disease and also cholesterol levels when it can be used in place of saturated fats in our daily diet.
Examples:
omega-3(mainly in oily fish), omega-6 (soybeans, nuts, safflower etc)
TRANS FAT
Trans fats are processed unsaturated fats which it's nutrients composition now looks like saturated fat. No too much talk, consumption of too much trans fat will surely increase the level of cholesterol in the body and blood which can affect the heart too. To make you healthy, you have to stop or reduce the in take of trans fats. They can be seen in butters, some margarines and packaged foods.
CHOLESTEROL

Cholesterol are fats found in food and also in the blood. High levels of it in the blood speeds the risk of heart disease.
Now that we know that eating foods rich in saturated and trans fat are big problems to the body. It does nothing good than to gradually deplete the blood quality and influence the heart badly.
