Here are 10 very simple and ways to reduce your stress fast. Enjoy.

  1. Deep breathing exercises.

  2. Go to nature/Park

  3. Go for a walk around the block

  4. Drink some green tea

  5. Workout or do some stretches

  6. Play with a pet if you have one

  7. Meditate always lowers my stress

  8. Realize if this is a problem you should be stressed about.

  9. Watch a funny online video or joke

  10. Just smile and realize that everything is going to be just fine.
