Your stomach will feel full when you eat more slowly. This will allow you to lose weight by eating less and will also keep your stomach from the feeling of being overfull.
You may also need to change your diet if you are suffering from acid reflux. Sugary and processed foods can dramatically increase the amount of acid in your stomach, which is one of the main causes of acid reflux disease. I would recommend eating more fruits and vegetables which are great foods to eat that does not cause or worsen acid reflux.
By now you should have a good idea about how to take control of your acid reflux and get rid of it for ever. You don't have to put up with this condition any more. Just focus on the tips I have provided, so that you will have everything under wraps and be in control of your acid reflux.
