HOW'S THE DIET GOING?

I've written this week off, is the short answer.

I've not been very well! #manflu

This week I've managed to run a total of "0 miles" and have consumed enough calories to feed a family for a month.

So not only am I no closer to completing my monthly goal but fear I may have actually gained weight this week 😭😭

Monthly goals:
1 X 8mile run - ✔️
2 X 6mile runs - 1 run completed
Lose 7lb - ❓

So I really need to up my game I'm I'm going to be in with any shot of reaching this months target.

We all have off weeks bro, especially when not feeling well.. Don't let this get you down and don't get discouraged! Whenever Im sick I try to wat as little as possible so my body can work on healing rather than digestion but I don't know if it honestly helps or hurts lol, i guess it depends on what article u read that week 😉
Anyhow, i hope u get better soon..

I've worked hard on doing nothing and eating a shit load of bad carbs. Going to have to pull a double shift on the running front to catch up this week

Don't let one week discourage you! Get back after it and you will be back on track in no time!
