can create a balance in our health life.
The fruit that am about to share its benefits
is a very popular fruit called pawpaw.
The fruit is very nutritious and tasty too.
Pawpaw is yellowish in color when it is
ripe and green in color when unripe.
Pawpaw has a pupolar name carica
papaya which is its botanical name as
a scientific name.
Pawpaw has a single stem and can grow
upto twenty meters and above before it
starts bearing fruits.

Nutritional content of pawpaw

According to Wikipedia , Raw papaya
pulp contains 88% water, 11%
carbohydrates, and negligible fat and
protein. In a 100 gram amount, papaya
fruit provides 43 kilocalories and is a
significant source of vitamin C (75% of
the Daily Value).

Nutritional value of pawpaw

Pawpaw is rich in many nutrients which
gives it that ability to handle so many
health issues that troubles man. Some
of its nutrients will be discussed below.
According to Organic facts, Papaya is
rich in antioxidant nutrients such as
carotenes, flavonoids, and vitamin C, as
well as vitamin B (folate and pantothenic
acid). It is also a good source of fiber and
minerals such as magnesium.

merits.
Some of the health merits of papaya is that
its helps lower cholesterol level in the body,

help control cholesterol level in the body.

Papaya also helps in weight loss due to the
presence of diatary fibre that is contained in it.
Pawpaw helps build the immune system of
the body due to the existence of Vitamins
A,C which aids in reducing the brake down
of the body but builds it.
Regular taken of papaya can also help
prevent cancer in the body due to the
Vitamins of A,EK etc.
