3 Unconventional METHOD TO LOSE WEIGHT AT HOME

  1. scattered belongings in your home, and also on your bedroom. Messed your floor by pouring the sauce or any other liquid, do everything within your creativity by making sure it looks exactly as it has been hit by hurricane.
  2. Open the door, open the gate, and your mailbox. Now return to your house.
  3. Clean the mess at home, mop the floor up till it shines, close up your mailbox, your gates and doors.

These methods may seem silly, but effective. For each activity from number 1 to 3 requires a consistent and continuous movement which will cause you to sweat. The most important thing here is, you will be FORCED to pack up your house even if you do not want though. This activity can be done 2-3 times a week.
CAUTIONS: This tips may not work if you live with your parents, girlfriend or wife.
