The misuse of this drug has adverse effect on we human. Here in my country (Nigeria) this drug is being to animal in order to increase the size and weight of the animal which the drug is being administered to.
Now, it no longer a news how Nigeria man and woman involve actively in the misuse of this drug, basically the reaction starts from their face swelling and then it moves straight to their hands and followed by the body size and finally their legs.
Although, some doctors prescribe this drug majorly for the cure of rheumatism or any pain related diseases. it comes in different milligram ranging from 1-8.

GASTRO IINTESTINAL EFFECTS ;
These involves dyspepesia, ulceration, abdominal distention, acute pancreatitis, oesophageal ulceration and candidiasis.

Include proximal myopathy, osteoporosis, vertebral and long bone fractures, vascular osteonecrosis, tendon rupture.

Includes adrenal suppression, menstrual irregulation, and amenorrhea, cushing's syndrome, hirsutism, weight gain, negative nitrogen and calcium balance, increased appetite, increased susceptibility to and severely of infection.
Other sides effect includes impaired healing, skin atrophy, hypersensitivity, fluid and electrolyte disturbance, leucocytosis, nausea, malaise, hiccups.
