-Avocados are able to lower your cholesterol in your body. Avocados contain substances that quickly and effectively cope with unnecessary cholesterol, thus reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease. And if you think cardiovascular disease is the most common cause of death each year, avocados will definitely be your best friend for your health.
-Another reason why avocados should be regularly included in the menu is that this fruit contains large amounts of carotenoids. Carotenoids are special nutrients that help to avoid eye diseases. As the years go by, the vision is getting worse, however, carotenoids can help slow down this process.
-Avocados contain antioxidants that will enhance your immunity. A stronger immune system can greatly increase the quality of life, as you will be able to avoid the most common health problems that other people encounter. One avocado a day will really help you stay calm.
