There are many pros and benefits of plant-based food and eating plant-based food is
environmentally friendly and reduces global warming on earth. Also, animal food is produced by killing animals. On the other hand, plant-based vegetarian food is produced without harming anyone's life.

We all need to shift towards the vegetarian diet to reduce disease and helping environment and animals not to be killed.
