Pumpkin seeds are rich in tryptophan amino acid, which improves our quality of sleep and which, in the body, converts to serotonin. So for a good sleep, eat some pumpkin seeds while watching an exciting movie.

These seeds have more amino acids (protein) than flesh.
I like seeds without bark and raw (unspoiled).

loved this snack when I was a kid. Mom gives me a pack(like a kilo) as to discourage me from going out on the street to play! turned out to be effective...hehe
