What to eat in healthy iftar

The holy month of Ramadan again came again. Iftar will be arranged in different meals. However, not all foods are acceptable to health. Take a look at some foods if it breaks iftter everyday health. After fasting all day, iftar is the first meal is iftar To maintain the physical fitness of fasting, proper and healthy iftar is very important. Balanced and healthy iftar plays a special role in keeping the body healthy and active as well as meeting the needs of proper nutrition. If it is suitable for everyone, it is very useful.

Liquid Meat:

The first person to eat fluid foods to break fasting. After azan water, it is necessary to eat 5 to 10 seconds of liquid food by mouth. In this case, the fluid must be taken slowly. It is better not to eat too fast or do not average average. Liquid, fresh fruit juice, coconut water, sugarcane, sugarcane molasses and lemon water are very useful. Fruit:

Vegetables:

Gram:

Other foods:

Chime yogurt is very good for iftar. Which gives carbohydrate, protein and calcium. Besides, curd beads, noodles, sandwiches, bread-kebabs, moms etc. can be kept in Iftar's man. It is better to have cucumber also.
Regular eating and easy-to-eat food should be physically good for eating iftar.
However, home-made food makes the iftar very healthy. Therefore, try to avoid frozen and outdoor foods.
