Yummy...Pav Bhaji ...recipe

Recipe: boil 250g peas, 250g French beans chopped, 4 medium sized potato chopped in cooker. For seasoning take little oil and butter in a pan. Add 1/2 spoon cumin, chopped garlic cloves 6-8, 1-2 spoon grated ginger saute. Now add chopped chilli-2, chopped guerno chilli-2 ( or you can use capsicum), chopped onion saute till golden brown. Now add chopped tomato 2-3 roast till oil separates. Add turmeric, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, salt saute. Add boiled, mashed vegetables to it and cook for sometime. Add 2-3 cup water let it turn off gas. Add coriander leaves and lemon juice to it. Garnish with butter and coriander leaves.
Make a cut in centre of pav and roast in butter. Serve Pav Bhaji with butter and lemon.
