Winter has already come and you need more energy to keep your body warm and prevent from cold, cough and arthritis(joint pain) as it is chillout winter in the north India.
' PINNI is a Punjabi dessert which is made of wheat flour, desi ghee, sugar and dry fruits.'
It has calcium, Iron and magnesium which will prevent joint pain/ knee pain.
You can make it more healthy by adding some special ingredients.
Here is the Recipe:
Wheat flour-1kg
Flaxseed-200g
Desi ghee-1/2 kg
Sugar/Jaggery-1/2 kg
Dry fruits(Almonds, Cashew, Walnuts, Raisins)- 1 Cup
Step:
- Dry roast the Flaxseed and grind it.
- Roast wheat flour and flaxseed powder in desi ghee.
3.Add jaggery/sugar and crushed dry fruits. - Make balls and store in a jar
Tips: Have it with a glass of milk before sleeping to make it more effective.
