Breakfast. Day 6 💪I can change the bad habits

And today breakfast this delight. Before, I did not worry about having breakfast, but this week I tried to eat breakfast and change a little the bad eating habits that I have had all my life. I have incorporated more fruits and vegetables to my meals.

Yesterday it was a bit more difficult. Well, I have to get up at 5 in the morning to go to classes and arrive at my house at 5 o'clock in the afternoon. Yesterday I did not eat at the hours but still try not to eat so bad.

Today at breakfast I ate eggs with tomato, onion and spinach. Also papaya and a cup of green tea. I know that from one day to the next I can not change all the bad habits. But here I go one day at a time and every day that passes I feel proud.
