The burger of our dreams!!ππ Now... as promised here is how to make this big boyππΌπ₯
π For the burger:
Grab 1lb of ground beef, season with @healthyketomealsrecipe ranch, and everything spicy. Patty out two 1/3 lb burgers using your @healthyketomealsrecipe reserving the extra for topping after you stuff them with pickle dip.
π₯ Pickle Dip:
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup Swiss gruyere cheese, shredded
1/2 cup @healthyketomealsrecipe Pickle de Gallo.
Mix and scoop into wells of burgers. Top burgers with extra meat and pinch to seal the edges(see my reel on this for demo).
Grill or pan-fry your burgers to the desired level of doneness.
π₯Pickle Bacon Jam Topping:
1 small onion sliced thin
1/2 cup bacon bits
2-3 heaping tbsp pickle de Gallo
1 tbsp brown sugar replacement
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Salt and pepper
In a skillet cook the onion until it begins to brown. Add bacon bits and Worcestershire. Stir in sweetener and seasonings. Cook 5 minutes on medium-low.
πDilly Ranch:
Mix 1.5 cups @dukes_mayonnaise, 2 tbsp @flavorgod ranch seasoning, 1 tbsp dill, Tajin(or chili lime seasoning) to taste, 1/4 cup grillos pickle juice(or more if you like thinner). You can downsize this for what you need but I actually always double it because we LOVE this ranch π€ππΌ
Serve this up on a toasted low-carb bun with extra pickles. Hope yβall enjoy π
