Several tips to reduce excess sugar levels

Sugar is a spice that has an important role behind the sweetness of your favorite foods and beverages. Without realizing it, sugar has been inherent in the daily consumption of society. The sweet taste created in your tongue gives a different sensation and became addictive. But the fact is, like it or not, your body can dither if consuming too much sugar.

Not only the calories are increased, consuming excessive sugar can also give a direct negative impact for the body. When that happens, the effects that you will feel include stomach pain, tremors all over the body  even a sense of like falling and wanting to soon rest. Some call that hangover can also happen when you mostly consume sugar.

"When you eat something sweet over and over again, the body reacts to breaking sugar into glucose, then released into the bloodstream. In response, the body then releases insulin that helps restore your sugar levels to its original level, "said Brierley Horton, director of Cooking Light's Food and Nutrition.

Furthermore, Brierley added that eating too much sugar can make you feel hungry and want more sweet foods. If you have this, immediately do the tips below:

1.Food consumption contains protein and fiber

The recommendations do not include sugars found naturally in milk, fruit, or vegetables.

In addition to limiting sugar intake, for the sake of better health you are strongly encouraged to live a healthy lifestyle, which is balanced with regular exercise. If there is a history of diabetes in the family, do regular checks of blood sugar levels as a precautionary measure and control the occurrence of diabetes, or other diseases, in the future.
