Delicious Greek sauce in the right way!

Ingredients:
Cucumber - 1 piece (fresh)
Natural yogurt - 125 ml
Garlic - 5 g
Lemon juice - 1/2 pcs.
Olive oil (can be flax) - 1 tbsp.
Fresh greens (any for your taste) - 30 g
Salt - to taste
Preparation:
Peel the cucumber, three on a grater, drain the juice.
Clean and press through the press garlic, add to the cucumber.
Greenery shredded and sent to cucumber and garlic.
Cut the lemon into halves, squeeze one, add the cautious to the cucumber so that the lemon bones do not get into the sauce. Salt to taste. We fill with natural yoghurt.
Add olive oil or linseed, mix it.
