Ingredients:
200 g of low-fat cottage cheese;
1 chicken egg;
3 tablespoons wholemeal flour or any other;
8-9 quail eggs;
Slightly grated low-fat cheese;
Salt to taste, baking powder, cumin at will.
Preparation:
Mix cottage-cheese dough, chicken egg and flour, add salt, cumin and baking powder, then allow to rest for 30 minutes.
After divide the dough into 8-9 balls, make tortillas from them, which will turn into boats, if flatten their edges.
Send the boats into the oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees on parchment paper.
get khachapuri out of the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and send again for 3-5 minutes in the oven.
Then take out the boats, break them into each quail egg and send it to the oven for another 3-5 minutes, so that only the protein is baked, and the yolk remains liquid.
