The scholars say that all physical activity, good or bad deeds, good deeds or charity thalih, all controlled by one command: heart or heart. The heart is like a king who has absolute power over his army. All actions must be under orders or prohibitions. He can use all his limbs at will and in his will. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said of the heart, "Know that in that body there is a plume of flesh. If he is good, then good all the body. And if it is damaged, it breaks the whole body "(Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim). Thus, the life of one's heart is a sign that he has enough capital to reach all good. Meanwhile, the death and darkness of a person's heart is a sign that he has foundation to reap all evil. So, a heart that can embrace the guidance of God is a heart made of two elements. First, the heart is still in the category of life. Second, the heart is still glowing even though dim. With his life of the heart, it means all his devices are still active, hearing and vision of the heart, shame and identity, his courage and his love of goodness and his hatred of evil. Like a mechanic who selects some junk machines. He just picks up a machine that he thinks can still be used and can be revived. A good heart is like a magnet, the stronger the magnet (heart), the stronger it attracts iron (hidayah).
Unlike the heart that died, little by little he left a magnetic element, because the sinners who are processed in his heart has changed the heart into another element that can no longer attract hidayah, even he can not detect and recognize it at all. Be the parameter of one's happiness or misery in the world. So is the heart that makes the end of the life of the servant in the world closed with husnul khatimah (good ending) or suul khatimah (bad ending).
