I was told by Professor Daniel C. Matt that Volume 12 of the Zohar mentions the Aramaic word “qanbosa” ... from the Hebrew Kaneh-Bosm (Exodus 30:23) that some believe is the etymological Root of the modern word “Cannabis” that we use today when referring to Cannabis Sativa, Cannabis Indica, Cannabis Ruderalis and Hemp.
Could someone look up Zohar Chadash 16a and see what it says ?
Thanks.... much appreciated.
