Dates are one of my favorite food (desserts). And also it is good for our health. This is my Favorite souvenir or pasalubong of my young brother from Doha Qatar. It is Healthy Food and more Benefits to our Health. Dates also help for a healthy weight gain. These delicious fruits contain calcium, oil, potassium, phosphorus, Iron, sulfur, copper, manganese, and magnesium, which are all beneficial for our health. Dates are rich in carbohydrates and provide yours with a healthy source of energy. Dates refer to the fruits of the date palm tree and also sometimes called palm fruit or date palms, are native to dry, arid climates such as the desert. I love this fruits. It so delicious. :) :) :)
