I've done something very stupid. I have lost my login password. I can use steemit on my phone but not on my pc. This limits how I can use steemit.
Is there there anyway I can recover or change my password or will I have to get a new account.

Are you logged in to Steemit in the mobile browser or an app?
It's not the end of the world if you've completely lost your password, especially as you're so new. It's possible to create another account and transfer your rewards over.

I have tried to create a new account but because my phone has been logged to this account so i cant use my phone to confirm a new account. Im using an app.

You could possibly buy a cheap PAYG SIM card for £1-2, you should be able to receive the text message they send without topping up.
Alternatively there is a website that sell made to order anonymous accounts, though the first option will almost certainly be cheaper.
