How to solve the problem of "Missing Posting Authorization" ?

I found many friends meet the same issue, and I have google for all the solutions but doesn't work.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    Me too. I searched, 'posting missing authorization', and it pulled up your post. I see you received no help?
