First Time logging in in over 3 years

Hello fellow Steemers. Is this community still active? I have not logged in in 3 years and I have forgotten almost everything about this site.
Last time I logged in, I no longer had access to my Steem because I live in the US. Is this still the case or can I now transfer my Steem out?

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
