help with rewards

I don't really understand how it is determined how much you earn per post. I have seen the guide about it but still I don't really get it. often times when i upvote, the total earned money through the post goes down. Even though i UPVOTED! Seems weird.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
