Tron rewards?

in help •  4 years ago

Being away so long I missed the Tron deal, anyone that can give me a quick recap of this. Sure there is plenty out there talking about it, but want a simple overview without having to dig deep to find the info. Hoping someone can lend a hand on this.

I don't have a tron account so I assume that means lost rewards on posts, but is it even worth worrying about?

I suppose it depends on how much effort you're going to put into it. I post occasionally here and I've gotten about 70 TRX so far in 75 days or so since the program started... so, at about 5c each, that's $3.50.

As long as you accept on that initial pop-up screen about Tron, you'll get the rewards... you only need a free standing wallet to cash out, and I think (don't quote me!) you may be able to just send directly to an exchange TRX wallet address to do that.

The interesting "fringe benefit" is that simply by having TRX in the Tron network, a variety of small airdrops and drips show up, from time to time. Not sure they are worth much... but it's all "free money."

=^..^=

Good to know. Not 100% sure that I'm going to put effort into Steem or Hive, if either. The whole split really turned me off to everything. So much time and money invested in this...so torn on this right now.

Good to see you! I have just decided to start posting here again - crossposting some things for now... The reason? I've always wanted to post in multiple places and the fact is that Steem and Hive are each other's most important rivals. We need both to keep them both healthy. Weku seems to have died... Whaleshares is trying to follow, others are either not as good as Steem ever was or have died along the way.

Good to see you posting here too, @josephsavage - I think we're all feeling some of the same things...

Do either of you know of a good front end that does templates? I know that Steempeak is officially dying, so that's not really an option anymore - sadly.
