Special mentions:

''B. @heimindanger is the brain child and developer of DTube.
Dude never sleeps. I follow his suggestions channel in Discord (which he is VERY active) in hopes I, too, will get to use DTube. Currently, I've not been successful at uploading.
I also understand, but don't love, the 25% off the top that goes to the devs of Dtube. I'm putting full time hours into doing stuff here (cause I love it), but won't be able to continue this way... cause food ... and shelter... and stuff. 😏 But I'll eventually I'll need a job. 😜 Can't keep making Chris do all the work. I still have high hopes... but who doesn't? 😉
I dream of being a Vlog Superstar (and have been pretty consistent- recently)... but alas, can't even upload a video to Dtube yet.
Plus, I REALLY prefer being able to embed a video in the post.
MANY do not use Dtube (yet)😎. I like to give the option for Steemit users to stay on the page AND vote without having to log into a new site that was externally linked.
I'm excited for the day...it's just not here yet. 😍''

''B) heimindanger is the creator and developer of dtube, which is a video format for steemit. I think that it is going to do some big things for the platform and while they are still getting some issues figured out (it is brand new after all), they seem to be really supporting those steemians who use their platform through upvotes. I like to think of this as a nice thank you and encouragement to keep doing so. I know many people have a few complaints about it, but I think it is important to look at every social platform that is widely used today and how they started out. There were gliches...it wasn't user friendly etc. They need time to work these things out just like dtube does...I believe it is an amazing addition to the steemit platform.''

a) 1 - Each user is only allowed ONE Paid-for Account via steemit.com. Users are actually allowed to create as many accounts as they want to on the Blockchain.
Creating additional accounts on the blockchain requires users to pay for their own account creation fee using one of the third-party services I believe? SteemConnect and AnonSteem are 2 good services.
Cheers

I would say that d is technically the most correct answer, though only the first one is paid for by steemit.

The answer is a)
On Steemit you're only allowed to create 1 account as Steemit pays the account creation fee.
You can create more accounts through other services like for example AnonSteem, which are not free.

LoL - It's a trick question, to be a "user" you could have any number of accounts and still be considered a "user." Therefore to be a "single user" I suppose that means only 1 account!
