Continued...

In this life, we are to be a channel. We shouldn’t be a container that stores without letting out. We should absorb as much as we can, then channel it to the lives that need it.

We don’t have to wait for people to come, once we have identified a need that should be addressed, we should do it.

What comes from the heart touches the heart. If it means something to them, it should mean something to you.

Life is about helping and we shouldn’t shy away from it.

Often times, I try to reach out to people I don’t even know. Some random act of kindness. I kinda prefer this too hahaha because there won’t be any opportunity for me to see the person again, like a higher percentage. Why? Because I don’t fancy people telling me ”Thank You”.

I feel life should be about helping, so if I help you, in as much as I have helped you, I have helped myself in fulfilling my purpose, so why should I be thanked for doing what I think I should do?

Okay, if you feel you should, probably because you thought I didn’t have to do it but I did it anyway, then once is enough. One thank you and let’s move on.

Here in Nigeria, it is sometimes a funny one hahaha. I have seen it several times where another person helped another, and after thanking the person, maybe a day after, they still say “thank you for yesterday” and they do this as each day goes by.

It makes me laugh but I totally understand the courtesy. Nigerians are full of courtesy and I love them.

To be continued...

Thank you for your time.

It's true we have to help and be appreciative for helps received. However, life can be very unappreciative. The very best way I'd suggest to help, is to give help heartily and freely with no hope of return from such.

You're amazing as usual @olawalium, more blessings ❤

Absolutely. Giving or helping is not giving or helping until we have done so for someone who might never be able to repay us. Life is about helping and the more we help, the more fulfilled we are.

Thanks for your consistency bro, always appreciated.

Yeah, I agree with that. Beautiful view, thanks a lot.

generosity is a rare commodity especially these days,i dont know whether to day it's because of the economic hardship, whatever the reason may be let's not give up in helping others who are less previlaged and in need of a favor, those find there way back to our life,i loved this post as it touched my heart thank you @communitycoin

Most times it is borne out of greed and selfishness. Most people think about themselves and very little or none about the others. A little help could go a long way but they just don't know it.

Once again, right on!

There is a certain amount of embarrassment to be told 'thanks' for something that you didn't even consider a favor. Sometimes the act of helping others is not a deliberate choice but rather a instinctive reaction.

So once you are done helping, you are not really expecting even an acknowledgement because the act was more like 'drinking water' (instinctive and natural). When the person then says 'thanks', you feel a bit embarrassed but at the same time you also understand the protocol of common courtesy.

Absolutely. I see it as normal so when they start "raining" thank you, it gets a bit embarrassing and yes, there is a place for courtesy. Thanks brother.
