Herbal Tea Preparation: Prepare an herbal tea for digestion or stress/anxiety. Documenting the action, ratio and effects felt after drinking them.


We prepare and drink different types of herbal teas at home and these prepared teas are very beneficial for our digestion or stress. Also herbal teas play many roles in our good health. Because herbal wants that these ingredients are used, each ingredient is effective for our body.

Today I will show you a herbal tea preparation method. And regular consumption of this herbal tea can protect us from headache, stress, cold-cough, acidity, blood pressure etc. So let's start.

prepared method

Required Materials:

  • Cardamom
  • Cinnamon
  • Cloves
  • Bay leaf
  • Lemon leaves
  • Ginger

First I mix all the ingredients together and wash them thoroughly with clean water. After that I will put all the ingredients together in water with a container of water as needed. Now I will put it in the oven well. When done, take it down and strain it with a filter and fill a cup with tea. Now I will drink it to my heart's content.

Benefits:

  • Cardamom: Cardamom helps control lung infections and breathing. Besides, regular consumption of it keeps blood pressure under control and relieves indigestion and constipation.

  • Cinnamon: In addition to chronic inflammation, colds and coughs, cinnamon plays a major role in controlling blood sugar. Regular consumption of cinnamon eliminates toothache or bad breath.

  • Cloves: Regular consumption of cloves helps regulate blood sugar, boost immunity and is very beneficial for the digestive system.

  • Bay leaf : Bay leaf helps to relieve headache and migraine. Also, bay leaf brings back taste in the mouth. It is very useful for cold cough.

  • Ginger: Ginger improves digestion by eliminating nausea. In addition, ginger increases the immune system. It also reduces stomach gas.

  • Lemon leaves: Lemon leaves tea relieves constipation and helps increase antioxidants in the body.

Home environment varies from person to person. And herbal storage depends on the home environment. Whenever herbal ingredients are brought home, I keep them inside a small container.

All the ingredients that do not spoil if kept in a dry place, I usually keep them in plastic containers. And those that will spoil in a dry place outside, I keep them normally in the fridge. For example, I always keep ginger in the fridge normally. But sometimes I cut ginger into small pieces and put it in a bowl or keep it in polythene.

Whenever I feel cold, I make a tea in our own way. I need some home ingredients to make tea. Drinking this prepared tea works quickly to cure cold-cough or phlegm inside the throat. Also, by drinking this tea regularly, immunity is increased.

Wash all the ingredients well with clean water and finely chop the ginger. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with water and mix well. This tea must be brewed well. Then take it off the stove and strain it with a sieve over a cup and drink it. Without straining the ginger through the sieve, you can eat it with the tea of ​​drinking ginger here if you want. I often eat it with ginger slices in between. I like it very much and it is good for my health.

My mother-in-law and I regularly drink aloe vera and tokma water almost every day. Drinking it provides various benefits to our body. Also, this drink is usually made from household ingredients so it is easy to prepare. I have my own aloe vera plant and I usually eat aloe vera from the aloe vera plant.

  • Necessary materials:
    aloe vera
    tokma
    Normal water

Prepare method

I will cut the aloe vera from the aloe vera tree. Now take clean water in a class and soak the tokma for 6 to 7 minutes. After that, mix the soaked tokma water with aloe vera and drink it. It does not take much time to steep the panio and after about six to seven minutes the drink is ready to drink.

Aloe vera contains various medicinal properties. It lowers blood pressure in our body and heals wounds. Besides, it helps in normalizing blood cholesterol and sugar levels. And tokma keeps blood sugar normal in our body, relieves constipation and helps in reducing body weight.
