I store herbs at home effectively Here are some effective ways to store herbs at home:

  1. Glass or plastic containers with tight-fitting lids can be used to store dry herbs . It keeps moisture and light out, preserving herb potency.

  2. Glass jars with lids and bands are used to store hebs. They are Airtight, easy to clean, and perfect for storing small herb quantities.

  3. Brown paper bags or herb bags are used to store fresh herbs . They are breathable, keeps herbs fresh, and protects from light.

Some Storage Tips:

  2. Label containers for easy identification.(if you have many herbs of similar forms)
  3. Keep herbs away from strong-smelling foods.

Thajs dear for your valuable feedback ♥️

If consuming herbs keeps us healthy, why not take them! Very encouraging post. Good luck for the contest.

Thanks dear for your valuable feedback ♥️

@suboohi, I appreciate your invitation! While I've never had the tea you prepared, I took the time to read the learning post, and I want to share my thoughts. We mustn’t confine ourselves to just a few components or stick to specific elements when creating something truly unique. As a food blogger, I believe in giving steemians the freedom to prepare any healthy dish they choose and explain their creative process.

Chia seeds are a fantastic ingredient, but not everyone may enjoy chia seeds and tea. Each person has their own way of taking care of their health! It depends on the region we live in.

Regarding winter, I live in a hot region, and with the temperatures rising due to global warming, I'm currently writing this under a ceiling fan!

As for the SLC, I have a preference for the SEC (Steem Education Challenge), and I believe it’s vital to see community growth rather than just focusing on individual achievements. With rising prices, many may start writing, but for me, my routine will remain consistent.

I thrive on free, creative writing rather than traditional schooling. Nevertheless, I genuinely appreciate your invitation and the effort you put into the tea. I hope it was enjoyable for you!

Wishing you the best of luck! 🤞❤️

Thanks, dear @sduttaskitchen , for your best wishes.

But this invitation is the rule of the learning task for me; this doesn't force you to join the contest.

Tea has many benefits, but all herbal teas are not for all. Whoever consumes these teas can understand.

Teas mentioned in the lesson are just for common colds and digestion; in the lesson, there is no disruption about any herb that is used for medication of any serious illness.

Thanks for your response 👍

Hello dear @suboohi mam, your post is really helpful and easy to follow. I love the herbal tea recipes, especially the fennel and mint combination. It’s great to see the benefits of each herb explained so clearly. The cold remedy with ginger, clove, and honey is a great idea for winter too. Your tips on storing herbs are practical and useful. Thanks for sharing your experiences🤗💞🌸🌺
